A Different Approach to Sexual Wellness
Intimacy is more than what happens between partners—it begins with the relationship you have with yourself and the world around you.
Our work supports individuals and couples in exploring communication, desire, emotional connection, pleasure, boundaries, identity, and personal growth through compassionate, evidence-informed coaching.
Whether you're navigating life transitions, seeking greater relational fulfillment, or simply longing to feel more connected, Nawi offers a space to explore with curiosity rather than judgment.
We integrate modern psychology, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and holistic approaches to support meaningful and lasting transformation.
Welcome To
Our Mission
Nawi exists to help our collective cultivate deeper intimacy—with themselves, with one another, and with life.
We believe sexual wellness is not defined by performance, perfection, or shame, but by presence, authenticity, and connection. Through coaching, education, and transformative experiences, we create spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, communicate with greater honesty, and build relationships rooted in curiosity, compassion, and consent.
Our approach integrates evidence-informed practices with somatic awareness and a deep respect for the wisdom of the body, supporting each person in exploring their unique path toward wholeness, pleasure, and meaningful connection.
Ways to Work Together
Individual Coaching
Individual coaching at Nawi blends sex education, mindfulness, and somatic work to foster emotional and sexual wellbeing, deeper intimacy, and resilience. Clients learn anatomy, consent, boundaries, and desire to name needs and make empowered choices. Mindfulness builds present awareness and regulation; somatic techniques restore bodily safety and agency, easing tension, shame, and dissociation. This integrated practice repairs relational patterns, expands capacity for pleasure and attachment, and creates sustainable habits that strengthen resilience and intimate connection.
-
People recovering from sexual, relational, or developmental trauma who want body-based healing.
Individuals seeking deeper embodiment, pleasure, or sexual self-awareness.
Those navigating desire discrepancies, non-traditional relationship questions, or intimacy fears.
Professionals experiencing burnout, chronic dissociation, or difficulty regulating emotions and wanting somatic tools.
Anyone ready to move beyond intellectualizing and to transform patterns through felt experience and relational practice.
-
Trauma-informed somatic regulation: nervous system tracking, resourcing, titration, window of tolerance expansion.
Embodiment and body literacy: breath, sensation awareness, grounding, interoception, pleasure mapping.
Sexual identity, desire, and pleasure exploration: reclaiming agency, rewriting sexual narratives, erotic template work.
Attachment and relational patterns: ruptures and repair, boundaries, communication, consent, ethical non-monogamy navigation.
Emotional fluency and affect regulation: naming, tolerating, and expressing feelings without shame.
Ritual and integration practices: personalized micro-rituals, containment practices, and daily embodiment routines.
-
Trauma-informed, consent-centered, and body-first: we prioritize safety, pacing, and your autonomy.
Somatic coaching blended with relational practice: embodied exercises, movement, breathwork, guided somatic inquiry, and real-time co-regulation.
Integrative approach: draws from somatic experiencing, polyvagal-informed practices, attachment-based coaching, and ritual neuroscience.
Collaborative and individualized: sessions are tailored to your history, goals, and current nervous system state; we co-design practices you can use between sessions.
Confidential and ethically grounded: clear boundaries, informed consent, and referrals when additional therapeutic support is needed.
-
Opening check-in: we assess your nervous system, current stressors, and immediate needs.
Somatic attunement: brief grounding, breath, or movement practice to bring awareness into the body and orient to sensation.
Focused inquiry and skill practice: we explore the chosen pattern or theme through guided somatic inquiry, experimentation, or relational role-play. This may include sensory mapping, directed touch (when explicitly consented and within scope), vocalization, or micro-movements.
Integration and resources: we close with reflection, stabilization techniques, and concrete practices (breath exercises, rituals, journaling prompts) to practice between sessions.
Session duration: typically 50 or 90 minutes, with options for a longer intake.
Safety and pacing: we move at your nervous system’s edge—resourcing and grounding are prioritized if dysregulation appears.
-
Improved nervous system regulation: more capacity to tolerate distress, less reactivity, and faster recovery after triggers.
Greater embodiment and pleasure access: clearer connection to bodily signals, expanded capacity for sensation and erotic expression.
Increased emotional clarity and expression: ability to identify, sit with, and communicate emotions without escalation or shutdown.
Healthier relational patterns: stronger boundaries, more effective repair after conflict, and clearer communication around needs and consent.
Reduced shame and increased agency: reframing of sexual and relational stories into empowering, choice-based narratives.
Practical tools and rituals: an individualized toolbox of somatic practices and micro-rituals to support daily regulation and integration.
Long-term integration: sustained shifts in how you inhabit your body, relate to others, and meet desire — often experienced as more presence, safety, and vitality.
Relationship Coaching
Our relationship coaching gently blends somatic practices and trauma‑informed sexology to support couples and partners with tuning into one another’s inner experience, regulating difficult emotions together, and building safety for honest vulnerability. Integrated sex‑education reduces shame and normalizes desire, boundaries, and pleasure—improving communication about wants and needs, expanding sexual literacy, and enabling partners to co-create more satisfying, connected sexual lives. Together these practices shift relationships toward greater trust, curiosity, and embodied pleasure.
-
Couples ready to do deeper work beyond communication skills — those who want to transform triggers, rebuild trust after betrayal, and create new relational patterns.
Partners navigating transitions: cohabitation, parenting, non-monogamy, separation, or reunification.
Individuals seeking to show up differently in partnership — to repair old wounds, increase sexual and emotional intimacy, and align relationships with their values.
-
Repair & Trust: Practical, embodied tools to process hurt, establish accountability, and rebuild safety.
Communication with Presence: Skills for honest expression, listening without reactivity, and conflict that generates growth rather than distance.
Sexual Healing & Reconnection: Somatic approaches to restore pleasure, address desire disparity, and heal sexual trauma in the context of the relationship.
Boundaries & Consent: Clear, compassionate practices for setting limits and co-creating agreements that honor both people.
Relational Rituals & Erotic Safety: Customized rituals and practices that deepen attunement, invite play, and sustain intimacy.
Systemic Patterns: Exploring family-of-origin, cultural, and somatic patterns that show up in your partnership.
-
Somatic, not just talk: Sessions include body-based interventions, mindful movement, breath work, and grounding to change how your nervous system responds in relationship.
Trauma-informed: We create a paced, safe container and use practices that reduce retraumatization while supporting regulation and repair.
Relational coaching + sexology: Tools that integrate emotional, physical, and erotic dimensions so intimacy is addressed holistically.
Rituals & at-home practices: Tangible exercises and rituals to practice between sessions so change becomes embodied and sustainable.
Partnership models: We work with couples, polyamorous configurations, and individuals in partnership to tailor the approach to your structure and goals.
